We’ll work one-on-one through the comfort of telehealth to shift what your internal and external life looks like, anywhere from making progress in one difficult or problem area to recreating your whole life to match who you want and need to be in this moment. You are growing and changing everday and we can direct and influence that change in ways that serve what you’re up to today.

We’ll work as a team to identify how to make the bonds of your relationship feel closer while allowing mutual support for your individual and shared growth, restoring joy and love to your shared journey.

Rather than focusing on what’s wrong, wellbeing coaching involves using science-backed education and support to increase your feelings of engagement, connection, and commitment to a life well-lived. You will become a competent author of your own happiness, even as that happiness evolves and changes as you grow.

We can work to improve the psychological wellbeing of your organization or group, create an inclusive environment or mediate conflicts between groups. Our approach surrounds getting to the roots of shared values, promoting shared investment and collaboration, and increasing individual motivation toward meeting the needs and goals of all who are involved.

We value and support the numerous ways that people come to this work. Some supervision of psychotherapy may be available, depending on availability of supervisors and program match. We are excited to announce that training and outreach in educational formats are in the pipeline and coming soon!
